These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by or on behalf of StaffBuffalo to the mobile number you provide. By opting in to receive SMS messages from StaffBuffalo, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program description

StaffBuffalo uses SMS for person-to-person communications related to staffing and employment services. Messages may include:

  • Job opportunity outreach and application follow-up

  • Interview scheduling, confirmations, and directions

  • Requests for documents or information needed to proceed

  • Offer coordination and onboarding steps

  • Assignment details such as start dates, shift confirmations, and time and attendance reminders

  • Responses to questions you send us

2. How you opt in

You opt in when you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from StaffBuffalo (for example, through an application or intake form, during an intake call, or when you otherwise explicitly agree to receive SMS communications). Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Supported carriers and delivery

SMS delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. StaffBuffalo does not guarantee message delivery, timeliness, or availability in all areas.

6. Opting out (STOP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message and then no further SMS messages from that StaffBuffalo number unless you re-opt in.
