About Me:

Paige Kohnke is an Operations & Systems Analyst at StaffBuffalo. She graduated from the University at Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders and Sciences and brings a people-focused, analytical approach to improving the systems and processes behind the scenes.

At StaffBuffalo, Paige enjoys solving problems, streamlining workflows, and finding smarter ways to get things done. Much of her work focuses on improving internal systems, creating automations, and making everyday processes easier and more efficient for the team.

She especially enjoys taking something that feels complicated or time-consuming and turning it into a process that is clear, simple, and easy to use. Whether she is troubleshooting an issue, testing a new tool, or building out a workflow, Paige is always looking for ways to make things work better.

Beyond the office:

Outside of work, Paige loves spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, cooking, golfing, listening to music, and cheering on the Bills and Sabres!
