About Me:
Maggie, a Partner at StaffBuffalo & HRBuffalo, is responsible for managing the Operations and Technology, Recruiting and the Outsourced Talent Optimization Teams, which has earned a stellar reputation in the WNY field of Recruitment.
Maggie has a deep passion for helping people and companies reach their full potential - She finds great satisfaction in the process of connecting companies with the right talent and then watching the businesses thrive. She's known for finding the perfect fit for companies that need top-notch talent to round out their teams. In addition, she’s a passionate advocate for integrating People, Technology, and Process improvements to enhance the bottom line of Outsourced Talent Acquisition Clients. The Talent Acquisition Team works closely with clients to understand their specific needs and goals, and then develops and implements a customized recruitment strategy. They help our clients create and manage a strong employer brand that will attract the best talent. They use a variety of sourcing strategies to find the best candidates for our clients open positions. They guide clients through every step of the hiring process, from offer negotiation to onboarding.
On the recruiting side of StaffBuffalo, Maggie's team is responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring candidates to fill open positions within a company. Some of the types of roles we recruit for include:

Beyond the office:
Maggie loves going on adventures with her family. During the warmer months, nature is their getaway: they regularly go hiking and swimming and enjoy traveling when they can. When the temperature starts to cool down, they make bonfires at night, with fantastic s’mores.
