About Me:

Lauren is a Partner at StaffBuffalo & HRBuffalo. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Fordham University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Canisius College. Lauren loves working with people and developing strong relationships. Through her experience she’s collected many insights into working with different personalities and professionals from various fields. Through this she’s able to strategically and tactfully leverage her relationships to help Companies and Candidates find the right match, to succeed in their businesses, and grow in their careers within WNY. 

She has a talent for truly listening to people, helping them discover their career potential, and showing them the path to navigate their development into stronger professionals. Lauren is extremely proud of the company that she has built with StaffBuffalo and HRBuffalo. She took a big risk leaving an established and successful career in pharmaceutical sales to join Maggie in building the company, and she has not looked back! It has been an amazing and fun journey so far, and they have come such a long way! Lauren is excited to see how they continue to grow and help more and more businesses and people in the WNY community! 

Lauren loves how much she and the team get to know and help companies in the WNY community. Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources can be very overwhelming parts of business and she aims to partner with companies to make hiring and HR easier! She believes people are the most important asset, and it is vital to make sure that companies are hiring the best people for their organization, while also making sure that they are supporting their employees and their business! Lauren is also proud to say that StaffBuffalo has been a finalist for Business First's Best Places to Work in 2023. 

Beyond the office:

Lauren is a former Division 1 Scholarship College Athlete and a member of Fordham’s Women’s Varsity Crew team. Sports and fitness have always been a massive part of her life, and she typically starts her day with a workout. She has also been working on her golf game over the past few years and that has turned into one of her favorite hobbies. In addition, Lauren loves spending time with her family and reading.
