About Me:

Hilario was born and raised in the city of Málaga, Spain, and lived there until the age of 18. He then moved to the US to pursue his athletic and academic dreams. He graduated in 2022 from Daemen University, earning his Bachelor's Degree in International Business. Afterward, he completed his MBA from Daemen University to further enhance his knowledge and skills.

Following his graduation from the MBA program, Hilario gained valuable professional experience as an intern at StaffBuffalo. During this time, he discovered his passion for working with people to develop their professional careers, particularly in the fields of Recruiting and Human Resources.

Hilario's time as an intern allowed him to cultivate essential skills for success in his new role with StaffBuffalo as a Recruiting Support Specialist. He is a proactive individual who constantly seeks self-improvement and values the input of those around him. His ability to listen and learn from others makes him well-equipped to thrive in Recruiting and Human Resources.

As a Recruiting Support Specialist, Hilario collaborates with the Talent Acquisition team on client projects, participates in sales activities, and identifies new business opportunities for StaffBuffalo. Hilario also coordinates with other recruiters to ensure the right candidates are being targeted. His commitment to continuous learning and his dedication to building relationships continue to drive his success in recruiting and human resources.

Beyond The Office:

In his leisure time, Hilario likes to hang out with friends, watch Real Madrid on TV, shop for clothes, and eat at seafood restaurants. Another of his passions is the beach since he grew up just a couple of steps from the Sea, which is what he misses the most from back home. He thinks of Málaga as the best city in the world.

Hilario really likes Buffalo and its people though, and he won’t leave town until the Bills win the Superbowl!
