About Me:

As a native of Western New York, Ashley grew up about an hour south of Buffalo on a vineyard. While being a student-athlete, Ashley graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Fredonia with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design. Driven by creativity and a desire for precision throughout the last 2 decades, she's been fortunate to utilize her creativity, design skills and business mindset to produce a wide range of design collections within her portfolio all within Western & Central NY. This includes Print & Digital Design, Headwear & Apparel Design as, Interior Design, as well as Corporate Branding & Identity. Prior to joining the team at StaffBuffalo as a Recruiter, Ashley spent 10 years expanding her professional experience to include Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operational Management. She did this while helping to create and grow a local independent Real Estate Agency from the ground up, which ultimately developed and grew into 4 offices across Western & Central NY.

Ashley is a passionate recruiter and embodies Steve Jobs' belief that "creativity is just connecting things." She applies this philosophy to her work by skillfully connecting the right candidates with the right companies, ensuring a harmonious match. She enjoys talking and really getting to know the candidates to identify their backgrounds and strengths, which further assists them in promoting their professional brand. This thorough understanding enables her to help candidates effectively present themselves and ultimately clarify their ideal career fit. Her expertise extends beyond simply identifying qualified candidates; she also delves into the culture and values of each company, ensuring that the placement aligns with both the candidate's professional goals and the company's unique environment. Beyond the office:

During her free time, Ashley loves to travel and spend time with her animals, family, and friends. Throughout the warmer months, she enjoys attending concerts and festivals and taking her dog on adventures across the area. She also enjoys exploring waterfalls and caves throughout the US.  She's involved in the community as a member/advisor to a few Boards and organizations. Ashley has an extreme dedication to Buffalo sports and has been a Season Ticket Holder with the Buffalo Bills since 2007 (and also worked for them during the '90s). She also enthusiastically looks forward to the home games in the snow! You'll know where to find her on Football Sundays - Circling the Wagons, then inside the stadium at One Bills Drive!
