Lauren is a Partner at StaffBuffalo & HRBuffalo. Lauren loves working with people and developing strong relationships. Through her experience she’s collected many insights into working with different personalities and professionals from various fields. Through this she’s able to strategically and tactfully leverage her relationships to help Companies and Candidates find the right match, to succeed in their businesses, and grow in their careers within WNY. 

She has a talent for truly listening to people, helping them discover their career potential, and showing them the path to navigate their development into stronger professionals. Lauren is extremely proud of the company that she has built with StaffBuffalo and HRBuffalo.

Lauren values community engagement and has spoken at various events hosted by professional organizations, where she discussed sales, time management, jobseeker skills, recruiting, Talent Acquisition, and more. She has also participated in several local podcasts. She emphasizes the importance of talent acquisition and HR partnerships, making hiring processes more manageable for businesses while prioritizing employee support. She believes people are the most important asset, and it is vital to make sure that companies are hiring the best people for their organization, while also making sure that they are supporting their employees and their business!
