Interview tips!

StaffBuffalo Partner Lauren Lewis recently wrote an article for WKBW Channel 7’s Hiring 716 with some tips for nailing your next interview!

Her advice? “From the moment you walk into the building, you want to make sure that you put your best foot forward with every interaction, from the Parking Attendant to the CEO.”

Be prepared with questions to ask and extra copies of your resume. Dress professionally and work on a strong handshake, and remember it’s a good idea to get there 10-15 minutes early. Not only does this give you time to settle in, but it also allows you to build rapport with and show respect to everyone you encounter before you step into the interview room!
