About Me:

Michael brings experience across recruitment, payroll, and HR support, helping clients stay organized, compliant, and confident in their people operations. Michael grew up in Western New York and holds a bachelor’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University. After college, Michael’s career in recruitment and HR took him to Southern Utah, where he helped young adults build careers in conservation and land management. After nearly a decade in the conservation and outdoor industry, Michael returned to Western New York and spent time working in the legal field and the health insurance space, where he had the opportunity to lead recruitment and hiring, onboarding and operations, payroll needs, and helped clients navigate their health insurance benefits.

Michael brings a well-rounded understanding of workforce needs to his clients, and believes that strong recruitment, onboarding, and HR practices set up clients and their employees for a positive and successful experience. He works closely with employers and internal teams to support hiring efforts, start employees on the right foot through the onboarding process, ensure payroll accuracy, and assist with day-to-day HR processes with a detail-oriented, client-focused approach.

Beyond the office:

Outside of work, Michael enjoys staying active outdoors through hiking, camping, fishing, skiing, and biking. He also likes cooking and trying new recipes, playing board games, and spending quality time with family and friends. When it’s time to relax, you’ll often find him unwinding with his dog, Tilly, and his cats, Roo and Mini.
