About Me:

Gwen has several years of Human Resources experience in compensation, recruiting, and other areas of HR. Her educational background includes a Bachelors from SUNY Geneseo and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Buffalo. She has worked in a variety of industries, including banking, education, hospitality, as well as, consulting for both profit and non-profit organizations. She enjoys helping organizations develop their HR functions and finding the right people for an organization’s jobs. She believes that people are such an important foundation of an organization.  She is excited to bring her diverse skill set to HRBuffalo and StaffBuffalo and help organizations with problem-solving to find creative and innovative solutions. 

Beyond The Office:

In her free time, Gwen enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog.  She loves being active and spending time doing outdoor activities, including hiking, biking, and kayaking.  She also teaches Pilates classes and enjoys watching her sons’ sporting games. Gwen enjoys traveling, especially to warm places. She is also passionate about giving back to the community, including volunteering, and serving on non-profit boards.  She has served on boards such as the YMCA Independent Health Board and is currently a member of the Williamsville Foundation Board. She is always looking for new volunteer opportunities.
