About Me:

Originally from a small town in Ohio, Katelyn grew up frequently visiting Western New York to spend time with family—ultimately falling in love with the region and fulfilling her dream of calling it home. She graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Theatre Production and a minor in Communication Studies, where her passion for coordination, precision, and communication first took root. Over the past decade, Katelyn has built a dynamic career focused on administrative excellence, recruiting operations, and technical support—developing a reputation for being the go-to person for problem-solving and process optimization.

Prior to joining the team at StaffBuffalo as an Operations Support Specialist, Katelyn spent several years leading teams and streamlining talent operations in both corporate and client-facing environments. From managing interview scheduling to improving ATS workflows and troubleshooting tech challenges, she thrives in roles where organization and people come together. Her diverse experience in customer success, recruiting coordination, and project management allows her to deliver seamless hiring operations that empower recruiters and enhance the candidate experience.

Katelyn’s role at StaffBuffalo perfectly blends her love of structure, technology, and human connection. She is a passionate behind-the-scenes partner who ensures that things not only run smoothly but run smarter. Beyond The Office:

Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys kayaking along the Buffalo River, exploring Buffalo’s vibrant art and theatre scene, and discovering new local restaurants, cafés, and local shops. Katelyn is always up for a great cup of coffee and a cozy spot to relax. She, also, Katelyn also loves reading and cherishes quality time with her family, friends, and dog. Oh and of course Katelyn is a loyal Buffalo Bills fan – Go Bills!!
