Stephanie is a fantastic Recruiter, there to assist her candidates every step of the way - from selecting jobs at companies that fit individual career goals, through the interview process, and into the negotiation phase.  Stephanie lends an unbiased approach to the search process, and takes pride in matching the right candidates with the right jobs and companies.  Stephanie obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Niagara University and immediately began her Public Accounting career in Audit, at a large local CPA firm.  After two years of working with a variety clients and business professionals from all industries, Stephanie realized that she has a passion working with people and developing relationships.

Stephanie decided to leave Public Accounting and translate this passion into Recruiting, utilizing her experience to guide Accounting and Finance individuals through their career paths.  Stephanie has always had a keen interest for employee relations and maximizing company’s largest assets, their talent.  Stephanie is truly passionate about Recruiting, and is always eager to connect with ambitious career driven professionals.  Stephanie has a strong sense of each candidate’s business objectives, and is a true partner in the collaborative process.  She works tirelessly to place talented and qualified professionals in excellent jobs to promote growth in Buffalo, and she is passionate about helping in any way she can.

Beyond recruiting:

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys being outside, living life to the fullest, and volunteering on Not-For-Profit Boards.  Stephanie received the honor of being selected as one of Business First’s “30 Under 30” winners in 2017.  Stephanie serves as a Director on the Board of B Team Buffalo, where she is on the Fundraising Committee, and is the Co-Chair for the Boards largest event, City of Light.  She also served as the Event Planning Co-Chair for the Accounting & Financial Women's Alliance (AWFA), which entailed planning and coordinating venues for Networking Events and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) for Accounting and Finance Professionals. 

Stephanie performs mock interviews at local colleges, where she interviews college students, gives them advice on their resumes, interviewing tips, and general career advice.  Stephanie also coordinates the schedules of the StaffBuffalo Team to participate in the Ronald McDonald House “Cooks for Kids,” which is always fun for the whole team to enjoy! Stephanie has a passion for working to improve her house, and loves to stay active.  She thoroughly enjoys eating all the amazing food Buffalo has to offer, especially chicken wings. 

Stephanie is always looking for new volunteer opportunities, and loves contributing to the growth of Buffalo – No better way, than being part of the StaffBuffalo team!
