Anne Coughlin

Recruiter | StaffBuffalo LLC

Anne started her education at Alfred State College, where she earned her Associate’s Degree in Agricultural Business, before moving back to Buffalo to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Canisius College.  Anne spent most of college unsure of which career she wanted to pursue, until she discovered her passion for Recruiting during a Summer Internship.  Recruiting allows Anne to focus on the needs and passions of others and allows her to assist with finding the right technical and cultural fit for both the clients and the candidates.  Anne’s experience in Customer Service, Recruiting, and Higher Education has prepared her for her career with StaffBuffalo!

Out of the Office:

Anne is an animal lover and enjoys spending time with her two dogs and horse.  She is an avid horseback rider and competes in eventing, during the summer months!  Anne loves outdoor activities, including hiking, kayaking, and camping.  She is also a hockey fan – you can often find her rooting on the Buffalo Sabres at the arena!

Anne is always looking for new opportunities to volunteer and give back to the community.  She volunteers through UNYTS and the SPCA Serving Erie County and serves as an Ambassador on the Board of YNPN Greater BFLO. Anne travels with her therapy dog named Anya to places throughout the Buffalo area to bring joy and stress relief to people.  Anne and Anya help kids improve their reading abilities, in addition to, visiting nursing homes and colleges.
